One of long standing customers required a new manufacturing plant after a recent acquisition, to enable improvements to the process flow and manufacture new products in the their range.
AME Services Ltd was asked to provide a turn key install, starting with an existing building which was originally a warehouse and turn this over a 4 month period into a working site. All manufacturing was within an Hazardous area which our compex certified engineers are highly qualified to install.
From the design of the production area, laboratories and office area’s to final install AME Services Carried out all the tasks’s in house.
Initial Concept
To finished product our Project managers and engineers worked under great pressure to “get the work done on time and in full”.

Bunded Warehouse Section for the store of Bulk and finished products
External Dust extraction and Cooling installed prior to Security Fencing being erected
